LJM Construction
A static website turned into a found-to-booked system.

Case study · Contractor
LJM Construction does beautiful work. The gap was never the craft. It was everything between a homeowner finding them on Google and actually booking.

Act 1 · The starting point
LJM had the reputation and the craftsmanship. What they had online was a static site that just sat there. Someone could find it, admire the work, and still have no obvious way to take the next step. Great jobs getting done, and a website doing none of the work of winning the next one.

Phase 1 · December 2025
We started with a focused package: a real website, designed warm and premium and unmistakably theirs, with analytics and SEO basics in place. It shipped in December 2025, and it turned out well enough that Nathan came back for the part that makes a website actually earn its keep.

A finished job used to just end. Now every one feeds the next.
Phase 2 · July 2026 · The path from here
The whole reason Nathan came back: he could see a finished job feed the next one instead of just ending. Watch it build.

Seal & Co. keeps the whole system running. No lock-in.The capture · try it
Instead of a dead contact box, a guided quote request: project type, the exact town so Nathan knows it is his service area, timeline, budget, details. It is built mobile-first, so most people meet it exactly like this. Go ahead and click through it, it is the real form on an isolated environment.

Every finished job hands the homeowner a QR project-record card: their own page with the finishes, care tips, warranty, and Nathan's number. One small object delights the customer, prompts the Google review, and keeps LJM one tap away for the next job or the neighbor's.

In the client's words
“The site came out solid and shows the quality of our work. But she also helped clean up the whole online side of the business: Google, reviews, service pages, listings, analytics, and making it easier for customers to reach out. She mapped it out in a way that made sense and gave me a clear plan instead of just throwing a bunch of marketing at me.”

Results · measuring now
The system went live only days ago and hasn't been formally handed to Nathan yet, so it is starting from a true baseline of zero. That is exactly what makes the next numbers trustworthy: every review and every quote request from here is fully attributable to the system we built.
