The brief
CSIT is a security-first IT consulting firm, built by veterans who had run infrastructure for healthcare, the public sector, and the enterprise. The expertise was real. What they did not have yet was a brand that said so at a glance, or a repeatable way to get in front of the people who needed it.
They came to us with a sales push already in motion and a short runway. So we worked in two moves. First the identity and the website, so every conversation started from a position of trust. Then the outbound engine, so those conversations actually happened.

Identity
We built the CSIT identity around a shield, split into quadrants like a crest, simple enough to hold at a favicon and confident at full size. The wordmark pairs a bold CSIT with a lighter Solutions, so the name reads as a system rather than a shout. It runs dark and high-trust on the web, with a clean light-marble variant for documents and decks.

The website
Built in Framer around a single line, your business deserves smarter IT, with one plain sentence under it so a first-time visitor gets the offer before they scroll. Fully responsive, and shipped inside the two-week window.

The outbound engine
A sharp brand does not book meetings on its own. So we redesigned CSIT’s entire outbound operation and handed it back as something the team could run without us. Four parts, working as one motion.

Scattered, one-off outreach became a repeatable system: the same motion every week, pointed at the accounts most likely to say yes.
The first touch
The opener is not a pitch. It is the Healthcare IT Modernization and Security Checklist, a genuinely useful document covering M365 identity hardening, EMR performance, disaster recovery, and HIPAA-minded safeguards. The first touch gives value instead of asking for it, which lets CSIT show the expertise rather than claim it.
