connected system builds
Count the places you type one customer’s name by hand.
Somebody fills in the form on your site. The name goes into a spreadsheet, then the calendar, then the quote, then the invoice. Four times, by you, usually after seven.
None of those tools know about each other. Not because they're bad tools. Nobody ever designed the path between them, so it got built one busy week at a time.
From $4,500. Written proposal before anything is committed.
what it is
One path, designed as one thing.
A connected build covers the whole route: how people find you, what they land on, what you're asking them to do, where that request goes, and how you find out whether any of it worked. Up to five core pages, one lead path, one way of measuring it.
The reason it takes four to six weeks instead of ten days is that the decisions are bigger. Which single thing you want a visitor to do. What they have to see before they'll do it. Where the request lands so it reaches you while the person is still thinking about it. Design is most of that work, and it's the part that decides whether the rest earns anything.

CrossShield IT Solutions.
Identity, website, Apollo sequences, Make automation, and enough training that the people running it after launch actually could. They’re a security-first IT firm built by veterans who’d run infrastructure for healthcare and the public sector, and they came to us with a sales push already moving and a short runway.
Theirs included brand identity, which the base scope above doesn’t, so read it as how the work runs rather than as a list of what $4,500 buys. The case study says what got built, and in what order, and why that order.
the honest part
What the base scope doesn't cover.
Brand identity and logo design
Photography and video production
Full long-form copywriting
Online stores
Memberships and account systems
Custom web applications
SMS, A2P registration, and CRM automation
Ad campaigns
Ongoing SEO or content production
Legal documents
Unlimited pages, meetings, or revisions
Most of these can be added and several of them often are. They’re quoted separately in the proposal so the base number stays honest and you can see what each one costs on its own. Third-party platform and subscription costs are yours either way, and we go through what they’ll actually run before you sign anything.
how it runs
From $4,500.
From $4,500, and the real number arrives in a written proposal rather than on this page. What yours costs depends on how many pages, how many flows, and how much of the content already exists. Nothing is committed until you've read it and signed it.
Four to six weeks after kickoff, counted from when the inputs are complete. If something on your end holds it up I'll tell you the week it happens rather than at the end.
Two consolidated rounds. One on sitemap, structure and homepage direction, before the build. One after the full thing is presented. Defects and anything that doesn't match the agreed scope get corrected without costing you a round, because that's a mistake rather than a change of mind.
40% to reserve and begin, 30% once direction and structure are approved, 30% before launch.
Before the proposal.

Tell me what you're working with.
A few questions first, so the call is about your actual situation instead of twenty minutes of background. Then a written proposal with the real number in it, and nothing committed until you've signed it.
