What we do

Web design and marketing for local businesses that need the phone to ring.

Every job below has a price, a scope, and a timeline written down before you commit to anything. Some you can buy today. Some we talk through first, because they only work if they fit.

Start here.

Two fixed-price jobs you can buy outright. Both are small enough to be worth doing on their own, and both tell you something useful about your business.

Google + Reviews

$500 one time

Your Google Business Profile set up properly, and a review-request system you can keep using after I am gone.

  • The profile reviewed and configured: categories, description, service area, hours, contact, attributes, and website link
  • Up to 8 service entries with descriptions, and up to 8 drafted Q&As
  • A permanent review link, a branded review QR code, and request templates for text and email
  • A one-page summary of what changed and where you started

Timeline. 5 business days once I have access and your details

Your profile needs to be verified and not suspended. Verification, appeals, and reinstatement are not part of this, and no setup can guarantee placement, rankings, or a number of reviews.

Website Privacy Audit

$650 standard, expanded $900

A documented look at what your website actually sends to third parties, and where that creates technical exposure.

  • Baseline, Accept, and Reject tests run in fresh browser sessions across up to 5 page types
  • Every tracker and vendor named, with what fires before consent and what keeps firing after someone clicks Reject
  • Your consent interface and privacy policy compared against what the site really does
  • Findings ranked High, Medium, and Low, each with a recommended fix and the questions worth taking to a lawyer

Timeline. 5 to 7 business days after payment and written permission to scan

This is an informed technical review. It is not legal advice, not certification, and not a guarantee against claims or enforcement. Expanded coverage, up to 10 pages and 2 flows, is $900 after a quick fit check.

When you need the whole thing built.

These two start with a conversation rather than a checkout, because scoping them wrong wastes your money and my time. You get the exact number and the timeline before any work begins.

One Page That Books

$1,800 fixed

One page whose entire job is turning the right visitor into a booked job. Not a brochure.

  • One audience, one offer, one conversion action, up to 7 designed sections
  • A lead form with email delivery, laid out for mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Page metadata, share image, analytics, custom domain, and launch QA
  • Two consolidated revision rounds and a recorded handoff walkthrough

Timeline. 10 business days once all your content and assets are in

50% deposit to begin, the balance before your domain is connected. We check fit before any of that, so there is no blind checkout.

Connected System Builds

From $4,500 scoped in a proposal

The whole path designed and connected: the site, the content structure, the booking flow, and the analytics to see it working.

  • Discovery and lead-path definition, then a sitemap and conversion architecture
  • Up to 5 core pages, plus one CMS collection with a reusable template
  • One primary lead or booking flow, analytics and Search Console, Google profile wiring
  • A 60-minute handoff and a 30-day defect warranty

Timeline. 4 to 6 weeks after kickoff, assuming inputs arrive on time

Priced in a proposal written for your business, because the number depends on what you actually need. There is no checkout button here on purpose.

After it launches.

Ongoing Care

From $450 per month

Keep the system I built for you working and improving, so you never have to become the tech person.

  • Monthly availability, form and booking, domain, SSL, analytics, and broken-link checks
  • Up to 2 hours of small updates, corrections, and improvements each month
  • Priority email support with a 1 business day response target
  • A plain monthly summary and a 30-minute review each quarter

Timeline. Recurring monthly, routine requests scheduled within 3 business days

$450 a month is the floor, and it covers the two-hour allowance below. Systems that need more time each month are priced above that, agreed in conversation before anything starts. For sites built by Seal & Co.; anything built elsewhere needs a paid onboarding audit first. Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days notice. Unused hours do not roll over.

How the work is usually shaped.

Whatever the package is called, engagements tend to take one of three shapes. This is how to think about where you are, not a separate menu to choose from.

Fix one thing

Start with the single piece that's costing you most. One focused, fixed-price job, from $500, not a big project you didn't ask for.

Build the system

The full path from found to booked, designed and connected around how your customers actually decide. Connected builds start from $4,500, and you will have the exact number, and the timeline, before any work begins.

Appoint me

Keep me on call. I look after the systems I built for you month to month and keep improving them, so you never have to become the tech person. Ongoing care starts at $450 a month.

Do it yourself, hire a big agency, or hand it to one person who knows your business inside out.

Do it yourself

Free, until it isn't. You hit a wall, lose a weekend, and the thing still isn't finished.

A big agency

Real work, real layers. You pay for account managers, long retainers, and a team that never quite learns your business.

Seal & Co.

You work directly with me, Ezra. One person who learns your business and stays with it, with a trusted network I pull in when a job calls for it. You always know who is doing the work and where things stand.

What this looks like when it is finished.

LJM Construction is the clearest example: the path from a search to a booked job, mapped, rebuilt, and instrumented so the work stopped leaking out between the steps.

Not sure which one

Tell me what is going wrong and I will tell you what it needs.

If none of the above is obviously right, start with the brief. It takes a few minutes, it costs nothing, and it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether there is a fit.
