I go deep on one kind of business before adding the next, because knowing how your customers actually decide is most of the job. The path from a search to a booked job is the same everywhere. Only the vocabulary and the leaks change.
New clients cannot find you, and the ones who do land in booking phone-tag before anyone has answered their actual question.
You show up in search, but the profile is thin, the reviews are old, and nothing tells someone why you rather than the next result.
The work is genuinely good and the site undersells it, so you keep competing on price against people who present better.
The list is younger than the work.
Only contractors has a page of its own so far, and that is about how much I have written down, not about who I can help. I have built for tech startups, a cybersecurity company, a small mental health clinic, and an artist who turned her practice into corporate wellness offerings.
