one page that books
Open your site on your phone and try to book yourself.
Most people find you at night, on a phone, with about eight seconds of patience. If the only way to reach you is a form two taps deep on a contact page, or a phone number that isn't tappable, you're asking a stranger to remember you in the morning.
They won't.
$1,800 fixed. Fit check first, no blind checkout.
what it is
One page, built to do one thing.
Not a website. One page, one audience, one offer, one thing to press. Up to seven sections, all of them arranged around the single decision you want a visitor to make.
Built for the phone first, since that's where people are when they're deciding. The form is short. The number is tappable. Nothing asks a stranger to do homework before they can reach you.
what you get
The whole list.
A page designed for you, not a template with your logo dropped into it
Mobile, tablet and desktop layouts
One lead form, delivered to your email, with a thank-you state that doesn't dump people back on the homepage
Copy shaped from your intake, roughly 800 words
Page title, description, share image, and the structured data search engines read
Analytics, installed and working
Your domain, connected
Accessibility and launch QA
A recorded walkthrough, so you can change things yourself later
the honest part
What this isn't.
It's one page, so it isn't a site with a blog, a shop, a members area, or five services each needing its own path. It isn't brand identity or a logo. It isn't photography, and it isn't a CRM.
If you need any of that, say so on the fit check. We'll talk about what it actually costs instead of me pretending this covers it.
Keeping a website online costs something every month. What yours costs depends on how it gets built, and we settle that number on the fit check rather than after you've paid. It's the only recurring cost, and it isn't a retainer.
how it runs
$1,800, fixed.
Half up front, half before the domain goes live.
Ten business days, counted from when I have your content and photos, not from the day you pay. That distinction matters more than people expect, and it's usually the thing that decides whether a project lands on time.
Two rounds of revisions. Round one is structure, copy and direction. Round two is build refinements. If the business goal changes halfway through it becomes a change order, and I'll tell you that before it turns into one.
Thirty days of defect correction after launch.
After that you run it yourself, which is what the recorded walkthrough is for. Ongoing Care is $450 a month if you would rather that person wasn’t you, and it’s a separate decision you make later or not at all.
In the client’s words
“She mapped it out in a way that made sense and gave me a clear plan instead of just throwing a bunch of marketing at me.”
Nathan Mineff, LJM Construction, Camas WA. ljmconstructionnw.com
Nathan’s was a connected build across his whole path from search to quote request, not this package, so read it as how the work runs rather than as what $1,800 buys. Read the case study, which says plainly what got built and what is still being measured.
Before the fit check.
$1,800 fixed · ten business days
There's a fit check first.
No buy button on this one, on purpose. $1,800 is enough money that you should talk to me before you spend it, and there are businesses this is wrong for. Answer a few questions and I'll tell you which one you are.
